Task: Development, planning and realisation of an overall, innovative conference concept.

Realisation: During the annual Export Sales Academy, k&k conceptualizes, plans and puts into practice an overall innovative conference concept. 150 participants from 30 nations are invited to Dubai and, true to the motto “The 4 Elements”, they experience three exciting days between tradition and modern age. At the centre of attention are the product presentations, which take place in the rooms of an old wind tower house. In small groups, the participants experience presentations without Power Point, which are adapted to the concept and produced with the help of decorations, workshops and brief show elements. Following this, the contents are broadened interactively in the setting of a market place with various product stations. The varied supporting programme rounds off the event. Here, of course, the spectacular view from the “Burj Khalifa” – the highest building in the world – must not be missed. A conference that has created lasting impressions! | more | less
