Task: Concept, realisation and execution of the event with full service

Realisation: For 4 years now, k&k has assisted the SAGA GWG with evening events occurring twice annually in conjunction with the two annual conferences for sales and service staff members. For the mottos “Oscar Award” + “Football European Championship” 2008, “Beach Party” + “Las Vegas” 2009, “Africa” + “Underwater” 2010, as well as “Venetian Night” + “1001 Nights” in the year 2011, we developed, organized and realized uniform overall concepts with many ideas relating to the company. The anchorman Delf Deicke steered through the evenings with a fresh breeze causing surprised faces with a magic trick here and there. In 2009, the Blues Brothers brought a whiff of Las Vegas and a Samba Show Band much joie de vivre to Timmendorf. On the occasion of the staff member awards ceremony, the prizes were awarded – matching the respective motto – such as Oscar statues, Venetian masks or beautiful old treasure chests. Media productions, for example, a shoal of fish from which the SAGA GWG logo is formed together with appropriate underwater sounds are suitable to pick up the theme again and again across the evening.
